Explore Honolulu's vibrant contemporary art scene on a curated experience with Hawaiʻi Contemporary executive director Rosina Potter and associate director Josh Tengan (Honolulu Biennial 2019 assistant curator). Start your day with a light breakfast during your visit to view a private art collection documenting Hawai‘i’s rich history in contemporary art. Following the tour of the collection, head to Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA) where you'll meet a member of the museum's curatorial team for a guided viewing of HoMA's exhibitions. For lunch, you'll dine amidst one of Hawai‘i’s finest private art collections at The Pacific Club, designed by famed architect Vladimir Ossipoff. Afterwards, spend some time visiting the studio of a local contemporary artist. Learn more about their practice defining contemporary art in Hawaiʻi during your group's private gathering.

Enjoy this opportunity with friends and get to know the Hawai‘i Contemporary team and partners in person! Your day can be tailored to suit your group's interests, and includes local transportation, and meals as described.

Expires June 30, 2024. Date of experience to be determined by availability of the host and must be given at least one month notice.
